The official Zeng Book Zapier app lets you connect Zeng Book to anything Zapier supports — no code. Subscribe to events (invoice paid, quotation accepted, project status changed) and route them to Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, or any of Zapier's 6,000+ integrations.

What it will do

  • Triggers: client.created, project.status_changed, quotation.accepted, invoice.paid, payment.recorded
  • Actions: create client, create project, send quotation, log a payment
  • OAuth connection — no API key handling inside your Zaps
  • Works with Zapier Free, Starter, Professional, and Team plans
